Genuinely care - We invest in our people, in our projects and in plant. With our target to support over 40 apprentices and graduates in the team each year, we genuinely care about the personal development, health and wellbeing of our people.
Direct-delivery - We have a significant fleet of directly-owned and operated rail plant which supports our infrastructure projects. This model has also seen us bring in apprentices and graduates from local areas, increasing diversity in our team and encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
Our approach - Our ‘One Murphy’ approach means collaborative working, across our team, across the Murphy group and of course with our clients. Closer partnerships enable us to take time to understand the needs of our clients and deliver exactly what is required for a project. Our in-house permanent and temporary works design capability shortens lines of communication and gives us greater control over solutions, buildability and risk.
