Murphy Engineering brings together a multi-disciplined range of engineering skills, which adds value across all of our sectors. Over the last three years, the engineering team has pushed the boundaries of digital construction, engineering innovation and design to deliver intelligent, sustainable and economical engineering solutions
Our team comprises over 350 engineers and technicians throughout our UK and international businesses. We have an in-house design team, called Murphy Applied Engineering, who deliver better engineered solutions to our clients and internal business.
Industry-leading specialists - We actively empower our engineering graduates, executives and managers to engage, challenge and collaborate with our supply chain to come up with innovative, smarter solutions.
Engineering development programme - We invest significantly in the careers of our engineers and technical experts by driving professional development through our accredited training schemes with major institutions and mentors.
Digital construction - We remain committed to our digital construction strategy, which focusses on “secure and reliable information at the point of need to promote excellence in project planning, delivery and handover.” We are confident we have the right tools, systems, processes and collaborative culture to meet the digital demands of our customers and the new ISO19650 standards.
Often described as Better Information Management, BIM is transforming the way we collaborate, design, deliver and handover infrastructure. It is helping us streamline processes throughout the entire project life cycle. By embracing a digital construction approach, we help to avoid design alterations, reducing risk and re-work, and ultimately provide cost saving to our clients.
