Construction & Property

Creating places to live, learn and work

Managing every aspect of complex construction projects

Our comprehensive services support ambitious new-build projects, complex conversions, and joint-venture developments and refurbishments. We work collaboratively with private developers, investors, landlords, local authorities and housing associations to deliver end-to-end services using our unique ‘One Murphy’ approach.

Simply put, this approach means we provide the expertise, equipment and people to combat any construction and logistical challenge on even the most difficult sites. Whether using our plant to manage logistics, utilising our engineers to overcome design challenges or applying our own IDNO (Independent Distribution Network Operators) and IGT (Independent Gas Transporters) licences to provide utilities independently to complement our construction activities, our capability is unmatched.

That’s why, we’re able to construct multi-use sites adjacent to or over major Network Rail and LUL tunnels, apply the most technically challenging engineering solutions or able to efficiently manage logistics in the busiest areas of the country.

These projects are uniquely challenging and our ‘One Murphy’ approach mitigates risks, minimises delays and offers significant cost savings.
