There are also further changes that Murphy as a business are currently looking into, which include making our offices accessible and ensuring we have a working lift at our Kentish Town office, retraining our recruitment teams so they are asking the right questions to help support new employees as well as working closely with the Disability Confident scheme to become a level 3 member.
