The 2020 employee engagement survey is open from 30 November to 11 December 2020

  • It will take less than 10 minutes to do
  • A new independent supplier is managing it this year, Best Companies
  • Our action plans will be interlinked with the Sunday Times Top 100 employer so we can pave the way to Murphy at 75

  • £1 for every response will be donated to the chosen charities in each country – UK is CALM and Ireland is LauraLynn Children’s hospice
HOW TO TAKE THE SURVEY

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to do. You can take the survey on a corporate or personal device - laptop, tablet or smart phone.

Weekly paid employees

  • You will get a text message on 30 November with this link: https://jmurphy.bheard.co.uk/
  • You will need to add in your employee number
  • You will be asked to set a pin - this is added security and so you can go back in if you can't finish the survey in one go
  • You can share this link with other weekly paid employees

Monthly paid employees

  • You will receive an email from Best Companies on 30 November.
  • Please don't share your link! If you can't finish the survey in one go, go back to the link that you were sent by Best Companies

We are using a new independent supplier, Best Companies. Their 8 factors of workplace engagement is interlinked with the Sunday Times Top 100 employers list.

The academically tested and verified methodology they’ve built is one of a kind, and feeds their 8 factors of workplace engagement.

They will break down your survey results to reflect how we have performed across each of the eight factors, giving you the ability to target specific areas for improvement.
