WHAT IS NEW THIS YEAR?

We are using a new independent supplier, Best Companies. Their 8 factors of workplace engagement is interlinked with the Sunday Times Top 100 employers list.

The academically tested and verified methodology they’ve built is one of a kind, and feeds their 8 factors of workplace engagement.

They will break down your survey results to reflect how we have performed across each of the eight factors, giving you the ability to target specific areas for improvement.
