We offer pipe processing, fabrication and mechanical services and are proud to work with an array of clients, including Gas Networks Ireland, Shell E&P and Irish Water. 

What we do

We produce high-pressure large diameter critical applications to small diameter low pressure pipe fabrications, which are catered for in our 1,800m² dedicated facility at Newbridge. 

We use the latest technologies in jigging, cold cutting and thermal cutting operations, and all of our fabrications are processed under a strict quality control management system. Our in-house welding inspection, non-destructive testing and coating capabilities ensures that we have full control over project programming and delivery. 

What makes us different

Expertise - We have an in-house team of international welding engineers, technologists, senior welding inspectors and conventional non-destructive testing technicians, who provide supervision and technical support.

Testing bay - Large fabrications can be tested without interference in our 350m² licenced X-ray and hydrostatic testing bay. This offers real-time analysis of quality and workmanship. 

Self-delivery - We self-deliver all elements of the manufacturing process, which means we have complete control over production rates and ensures we can always meet project demands.
